OVERVIEW: Superpesis is the top professional Finnish baseball league in Finland. In 2016 they created a special competitive group: the Superpesis Battle League for Companies.

PROBLEM: How to involve new companies into superpesis game? What could motivate employees to constitute their team? 

 

SOLUTION: Like any other game, baseball requests a game spirit. That's why we designed a call to action with a direct emailing: "You have been challenged". The one who received the message has to challenge other people/companies to shape his own team. I designed engaging banners, email and a landing page that awake challengers among companies.
